Terms and Conditions of the Singuladerm Club Program 2023

1. Organizer: The Singuladerm Club is organized by Prima-Derm S.L. with address at Nº, Carrer del Coneixement, 3, 08850 Gavà, Barcelona.

2. Duration: The loyalty program will have an indefinite duration, with the company reserving the right to cancel or modify it at any time.

3. Participation Requirements: All individuals of legal age who are legal residents of Spain may participate.

4. Program Mechanics: Participants will receive 10 peptides for every €1 (one euro) of purchase. The peptides obtained can be exchanged for prizes detailed on the user page of the brand.

5. Levels: There are 3 levels based on the accumulated amount of peptides: Apprentice (0-2500), Researcher (2501-6900), and Scientist (6901 or more).

6. Prizes: Prizes will consist of Singuladerm brand products detailed on the user page published on the website. The company reserves the right to substitute prizes for others of equal or greater value.

7. Redemption of Prizes: Participants can redeem their peptides whenever they wish through the shopping cart, in the form of discounts.

8. Peptide Expiry: Peptides will expire 12 months from their acquisition.

9. Data Protection: Personal data provided by participants will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation of the EU 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Organic Law 3/2018 on Data Protection and Digital Rights Guarantee (LOPDGDD). Participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation, opposition, and other rights recognized in the mentioned regulations, by written request and attaching a copy of their ID to the address of Prima-Derm S.L. listed in point 1 of these legal terms.

10. Applicable Law: These legal terms are governed by the laws of Spain.
